The Simple-SDAIR™ is the main Information Management Component of Assetricity’s suite of Open Industrial Interoperability Ecosystem™ (OIIE™) Administration tools, which provides a set of multi-purpose registers that maintain the status of your enterprise assets and important relationships between them. It supports the entire lifecycle of an asset: throughout the capital project and into operations and maintenance.
Manage system of record
Maintain a record of which applications in your environment are the system of record or source of truth for your data. If one doesn’t exist, the Simple-SDAIR™ can be nominated as the system of record. The Simple-SDAIR™ serves as your system of record for system of record.
Systems engineering registry
Store multiple “registers” of information including asset configuration, materials and reference data. This includes assets, models, functional locations and hierarchies, bill of material and data sheets. The Simple-SDAIR™ serves as a reference data management system to manage organization-specific Reference Data Libraries (RDL), partner and supplier RDLs, and industry RDLs such as ISO 14224 and ISO 15926.
Open standards
Supports plug-and-play interoperability through its support of MIMOSA CCOM, OpenO&M ws-ISBM and ISO 15926 standards. The Simple-SDAIR™ also includes out-of-the-box support for project information handover and O&M provisioning use cases specified by the MIMOSA Open Industrial Interoperability Ecosystem.

Available both as a cloud-hosted service as well as an on-premise solution. As a Java application, the Simple-SDAIR™ will run on your preferred operating system including Linux and Windows, and supports popular database platforms including Oracle and SQL Server as well as open-source alternatives such as PostgreSQL.
Secure
A role-based permissions system allows for granular control on who can view and manage information. HTTPS is used to ensure all data between the server and users is encrypted. Any activity that modifies data in the Simple-SDAIR™ is tracked to support compliance with any logging and auditing policies.

Capital project handover
Move your unstructured spreadsheet data such as data sheets and bills of material into the Simple-SDAIR™ as a staging database. It is now structured and actionable to facilitate project completion tracking, and loading into operations and maintenance applications.
Tag and document management
Maintain references between your location and asset tags and the documents they are referenced in. This allows users to quickly identify all relevant engineering, safety and maintenance documents for a given asset.
Data sheet management
Manage your data sheet information in a structured repository such that it is queryable and actionable. The Simple-SDAIR™ supports complex data sheet formats, such as those from API, ASME, ISA and PIP.
Integrate multiple views
Tie the different engineering, operations and maintenance views of an asset together such that all groups can have their own unique view but reference the same underlying data. The Simple-SDAIR™ supports multiple breakdown structures, mesh networks, and taxonomies referencing the same underlying locations and types.
